Blow moulding is a manufacturing process by which hollow plastic parts are formed and It is also used for forming Bellows, Tubes, Oil Tanks, Air ducts, Exhaust ducts, Trumpets etc.,
An Injection moulding machine also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing process by which hollow and solid plastic parts are formed and it is also used for forming Gears, Wheels, Automotive child parts etc.,
Components are produced out of Raw Material as per the customer requirement, which are verified at the incoming stage to standards. The storage of Die and Raw material are given special thrust to avoid any kind of mix up. First off samples are necessarily inspected, before allowing mass production. Operators are trained to detect all possible defects and Quality Inspectors are empowered to stop production in case of deviation. Quality System is strictly implemented to achieve Zero rejection, Zero Customer Complaints and On time delivery.
